The five clues

  1. A four-digit prime power under 2000.
  2. A power of a small prime.
  3. The number of bytes in one kilobyte (binary).
  4. Its only prime factor is 2.
  5. In binary it reads 10000000000 — a one followed by ten zeros.

Backstory

1024 = 2¹⁰. Also written as a 'kilobyte' in the binary sense — the historical origin of the tension between 1024-byte KB and 1000-byte kB used in file sizes. It is the smallest 4-digit power of two, with siblings 2048, 4096, and 8192 following before the count of digits ticks over.
