The five clues

- A one-digit prime one less than a perfect square.
- A triangular number: 1 + 2.
- The only prime that is also a triangular number.

Backstory
The smallest odd prime and 1 + 2 = 3, the third of its own kind. Three is the Fermat prime F_0 = 2^{2⁰} + 1, the base of the ternary numeral system, and the only prime that is also a triangular number (T_2 = 3).
